Consent of the Personal Data Subject to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

I, freely, consciously and of my own free will, give consent to the processing of personal data for subsequent identification on the website ticket.gov.kg, namely:

• to the processing (any operation or set of operations performed regardless of the means by the holder (owner) of personal data or at their instruction, by automated means or otherwise, for the purposes of collection, recording, storage, updating, grouping, blocking, erasure and destruction of personal data), as well as to:
• the transfer of personal data (provision by the holder (owner) of personal data to third parties in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" and international treaties;
• the transfer of personal data to third parties for subsequent identification of the individual through Face ID and QR code technologies upon entry, exit and presence on the territory of facilities, premises and events, for the purposes of security, access control and user identity verification;

• Face ID;
• surname, first name and patronymic;
• date and place of birth;
• citizenship information;
• contact phone number or information about other means of communication;
• type, series, number of identity document, name of the issuing authority, date of issue;
• personal identification number.

1. consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the date of signing this consent for the entire period of provision of the state (municipal) service to me and storage of data on the service rendered in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2. consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn on the basis of a written application in any form;
3. in case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the processing of my personal data in whole or in part may be continued in accordance with Articles 5 and 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information".
